Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Blushora's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you warrant that:

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframes. However, delays may occasionally occur. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened beauty products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blushora operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
