Sunday mornings are sacred. They exist in theliminal space between the rest of the weekend and the start of a new week. We asked three creatives how they use this time to reset their minds and bodies.
The Artist's Approach
For ceramicist Maya Lin, Sunday starts with silence. "I don't check my phone until noon," she says. Her routine involves a long soak with bath salts, followed by a facial massage using a jade roller. "It's about physical touch. Connecting with myself before I have to connect with the world."
The Entrepreneur's Edits
Tech founder Sarah Chen uses Sundays for organization. "I prep my skin for the week just like I prep my meals." She does a chemical peel on Sunday mornings. "It's a fresh start, literally. I shed the old skin and face Monday with a glow."
